GIRLS IN THE GAME

 
 

THE CHALLENGE:

Rally support to help level the playing field for young people in need.

The young women Soccer Without Borders works with face complex barriers. From loneliness to violence to discrimination, their experience makes it tough to set goals much less reach them. We donated our services to team up with SWB—an NGO with a tight budget and a huge heart—on a high-impact awareness video that would amplify support for the great work they do.

 

THE SOLUTION:

Put the spotlight on a team of fierce young female soccer players.

Knowing soccer is the most universal language on earth, we gave the mic to the girls and let them tell the story in their own words. From concept to completion, the Girls in the Game spot was an exercise in collaboration. We pulled out the firepower and teamed up with creative partners to execute a visually compelling, narrative-driven video that blew minds at its launch, which we strategically rolled out during the 2019 Women’s World Cup.
